For this reason, they are looking for a Service Engineer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Site equipment health check service and report annually when necessary;
• On-site support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by the client or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as a software upgrade or update, hardware replacements and so on;
• Supervision of the quality of on-site maintenance operations;
• Providing data center facility operations and trainings for clients and partners;
• Support data center facility project delivery, if necessary.
